At Lemon Panda, every order is carefully produced and checked before dispatch.
No Returns or Refunds
We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

Color expectations due to screen differences
Damaged or Defective Products
A return or replacement request may be considered only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
To initiate a claim:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide an unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and product condition.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Approval Process
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution at our discretion.
